Enjoy your surroundings and privacy while relaxing on the deck or by the fireplace. A brand new hot tub sits just feet out the back door where you can have a private and incredibly relaxing soaking experience. Walk right out the door and begin your nature hike where you may encounter moose, elk, deer, red tail fox, and many colorful Colorado birds. Moose are regularly seen on the property.

Premium comforts like heated/radiant flooring throughout, an upscale well-stocked kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and a heated garage (to keep your gear and car warm in the winter months) are just some of the perks to make your vacation home stay amazing.

This spacious home provides 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, several smart TVs, Wi-Fi and Sonos Speaker surround sound. Downstairs you will discover the family/game room with additional pull out sleeper sofa and many board games, puzzles, and card games for family fun. Be adventurous and grab one of the sleds from the garage—or bring your snowshoes and explore the surrounding woods. If you love outdoor adventure in a beautiful setting, this is your dream location!

Just a short drive to Breckenridge which offers world-class downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing. Stop in at the Breckenridge Brewery for ice-cold craft beer and a delicious burger. Over 100+ shops and restaurants are walkable from Main Street.

Our friendly local staff is always available to answer any questions that may arise. Stay for a few days, a week, or even a month. It's a fabulous place for year-round relaxation to recoup with family and friends.

This home is pet friendly for well-behaved and well-mannered doggies with prior approval and additional $150 pet fee.

Please note that 4-wheel drive is a necessity Oct-May.

Things to keep in mind:

• Only one dog (or two if both are small) allowed with a fee of $150. Dogs are expected to leave no trace.
• Must have All-Wheel or 4WD Vehicle Oct-May.
• The max occupancy is 8 adults and up to 10 if two or more are children. The number of people on the reservation must be honored at all times. If the max occupancy of 8 adults or 10 guests total is exceeded without property management approval, a $500 fee per night, per extra person will be imposed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
