Atrium at Altitude Description
The Atrium at Altitude Condo is located in downtown Breckenridge within walking distance to Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort or Main Street Breckenridge, or hop on the free shuttle to go to skier dropoff points or anywhere in Breck or Summit County. The free shuttle stop is right outside the building. The hugely popular free sledding hill at Carter Park is a very short walk, just 100 yards away!
Atrium at Altitude has two master suites and a bunk room making it perfect for two families or two couples. Split bedroom floor plan gives everyone plenty of space and privacy! This top-floor condo has vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace and a loft for a second living area or extra sleeping space. Sleep 10 comfortably in beds including the queen-size sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress.
Recent updates include heated kitchen and bathroom tile floors, new washer/dryer (private in the condo), new cabinets and countertops and plush carpeting. A private ski locker is available for our guests in the heated garage.
The Atrium complex has just undergone a multi-million dollar exterior update including brand new shared hot tub and shared outdoor living area. We do not yet have new photos of these updates on the listing as they were just completed end of December 2021.
The Atrium lobby provides a great space to relax with books and games. There are shared gas grills in the outdoor common area.
Parking: The Atrium complex has a large underground heated garage with first-come, first-serve parking spaces. More parking is available in the attached parking lot. Additional parking is available at the nearby ice rink for $15/night.
