There are more shops and restaurants just a few miles away in Frisco, Colorado. Breckenridge Ski Resort and the town of Breckenridge is 18 miles away (about 25 minutes) and Vail Ski Resort is 20 miles away (also about 25 minutes).

Unit updates in this condo include new appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplace, and a brand new sofa. Kitchen is very stocked with everything you need for all meals.

This ground-floor unit has easy access to everything you need for your ski vacation. You can walk right out the patio door to the outdoor hot tubs. Guests have access to ski storage lockers to avoid hauling gear back and forth. Building amenities include 3 HUGE outdoor hot tubs, laundry room, fitness room, 2 ski lockers, dry sauna, billiards table, underground heated parking & bicycle storage room.
Building interior is beautiful with a very inviting atmosphere. 

A short drive to Frisco, Colorado for a wide array of restaurants and boutiques on Main Street as well as the conveniences of Walmart, Safeway, Christy Sports, and fast food. Your Colorado Luxe Living hosts live and work in Summit County, are available 24/7 for issues, questions, and help with activity planning.

This unit is perfect for one or two couples, singles, or a family (two adults, 1-2 children).  Quiet hours per county ordinance 10pm-8am. No smoking, no pets. Minimum age 25 for all guests except for children traveling with parents. Max occupancy 4. Limit one vehicle in parking garage. 

This Copper Springs condo is located right across the street from the 6-person SuperBee Chairlift on Copper Mountain Ski Resort.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

NOTES:
Minimum age 25 for all guests except for children traveling with parents. 
A 4WD vehicle is required for travel Nov-May or anytime there is inclement weather.
Photo ID and signed rental agreement required from primary renter.
