This spacious single-family home in Upper Warrior's Mark West on Peak 10 offers 3964 sq ft of luxury living space, ensuring a comfortable and memorable mountain getaway.

The home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, formal dining, and a private hot tub, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the stunning mountain views through large windows that flood the warm living spaces with bright, natural light.

Designed to comfortably accommodate 12 guests, Timbers at Peak 10 boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Two additional sleeper sofas offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Three large bathrooms, a half bath, two living areas, and two dining areas ensure that everyone has space to spread out and unwind. After a day of skiing, cozy up by the gas fireplace or soak in the private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation.

During the winter season, a neighborhood shuttle runs every 30 minutes, taking you to within feet of Peak 9 or the Main Street/downtown area of Breckenridge. For the more adventurous skiers and riders, a ski-in/out access trail is within walking distance, allowing you to ski or ride to the Quicksilver or Beaver Run chairlifts on Peak 9. Ski home from the Flapjack run on Peak 10, a popular trail among neighborhood residents and visitors, offering great fun for intermediate or advanced skiers.

The Warrior's Mark neighborhood abuts the White River National Forest making it easy to escape into the backcountry and not see many or any people on a hike or bike ride.

Main Level:
Master Bedroom - 1 King bed and attached full bath
Family Den- 1 Sleeper Sofa with shared 3/4 bath
Upper Level:
Bedroom #2 - 1 King bed
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed and sleeper sofa
Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen bed
Upper level bathroom has tub/shower combo and three sinks

Amenities: Gas fireplace, Wi Fi internet service, smart T Vs, cable, Blueray / DVD, stereo, CD Player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, washer, dryer, Whirlpool tub in master suite, private hot tub, two-car garage, EV Charger, Pet Friendly,gas grill.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

NOTES:
Minimum age 25 for all guests except children traveling with parents.
Driver's license and signed rental agreement required from primary guest.
Strict quiet hours from 9pm-8am. Noise detectors in place.

If you use the EV charger, please review "EV Charger" in home guide. The current rate for use of the EV-charger is $0.13 per k Wh, which you will be charged at the end of your visit.

****ONE small/medium dog (<50 lbs) is allowed to join their families at Timbers at Peak 10 with management approval only, acknowledgement of pet policy, Addition guest will pay a non refundable pet fee $50.00 per night per pet (1 max). Doggie guest are expected to be well mannered, on leash if out for a stroll in the family friendly neighborhood last but not least well behaved so that we may keep this home and its furnishings in pristine condition.

Primary renter required to sign rental agreement and provide photo ID.
ALL cancellations will be charged a $295.00 cancellation fee regardless of time

* Early Check- In (2pm) or Late Check- Out (12pm) may be available for $50. This will have to be approved by PM due to possible booking conflicts.
