Admire the beautiful views of Ptarmigan Mountain from the living room, master bedroom, and main-level balcony. The open-concept living/dining area features a gas fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for meals and movie nights with the entire group. The lower-level office serves as a perfect spot to work from home in peace or provide the kids with their own separate play space. This area also doubles as an additional sleeping space. Both the master and second bedrooms have full-size en-suite bathrooms for comfort and privacy, and a third full bathroom is located on the main level.

Valley View is a newly listed vacation home with brand new furnishings, bedding, and housewares. Every item in the home has been thoughtfully selected with guest satisfaction in mind. A heated garage ensures your car and gear stay warm during your stay, and parking is available for one car in the garage and one in the driveway.

This small mountain neighborhood is perched on Dillon Ridge and overlooks the Ptarmigan cliffs and Dillon Valley. Distance to ski resorts: Keystone 7.8 miles, Arapahoe Basin 12.2 miles, Copper Mountain 12 miles, Breckenridge 15 miles, Loveland 13 miles. Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and first-time skiers is 6 miles away. Dozens of other winter activities are just minutes out your door.
The Colorado Luxe Living staff works and lives in Summit County. We are nearby and easily accessible for questions, issues, or help with activity planning; available for emergency 24/7.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Minimum age for all guests is 25 except for children or young adults traveling with parents. Two cars max. Max occupancy of 6. No smoking, no pets (but note that homeowners have pets when they occupy the home). Photo ID and signed rental agreement required from primary guest.

Take a short walk to Lake Dillon for summer activities or short ride to see the Dillon Marina Park Christmas lights and watch the sun set over the lake in the winter. The famous Dillon Amphitheater and Ice Castles are less than a mile away.

You can leave your car parked for your entire stay and ride anywhere in Dillon or Summit County including all ski resorts on the free Summit Stage. In the summer, you can ride a bike almost anywhere in the county.

The Dillon Valley complex is small and easily accessible from the highway. The condo is very quiet so even though you are in the center of the county, you'll have complete peace once you step inside.

Conveniences such as a full size grocer, Target, Walgreen's and more are just minutes away.

Please note: One parking spot is available. There is usually a spot directly in front of condo, but during peak season the only vacant spot might be at another building in complex.
