Overview
Summit Valley Condo is newly renovated with brand new furniture and appliances. It's located in the southern part of Dillon, Colorado, central to all Summit County activities including skiing/snowboarding at Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin, tubing in Keystone or Frisco, hiking, biking, and more.
You will find meticulous attention to detail in every corner with a luxury mountain lodge vibe at our Summit Valley Condo.
Take a short walk to Lake Dillon for summer activities or short ride to see the Dillon Marina Park Christmas lights and watch the sun set over the lake in the winter. The famous Dillon Amphitheater and Ice Castles are less than a mile away.
You can leave your car parked for your entire stay and ride anywhere in Dillon or Summit County including all ski resorts on the free Summit Stage. In the summer, you can ride a bike almost anywhere in the county.
The Dillon Valley complex is small and easily accessible from the highway. The condo is very quiet so even though you are in the center of the county, you'll have complete peace once you step inside.
Conveniences such as a full size grocer, Target, Walgreen's and more are just minutes away.
There are so many activities in Summit County, you may feel overwhelmed with choices! Our staff can help you narrow it down to the very best activities and trails to suit the wants and needs of those in your group. We live, work and play here and are happy to share our insider tips with you so that you can make the most of your time while visiting Summit County- one of the most beautiful and versatile places in Colorado. If you want to explore neighboring mountains and counties, we can also tell you which direction to go for the best day trips!
All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
Please note: One parking spot is available. There is usually a spot directly in front of condo, but during peak season the only vacant spot might be at another building in complex.

No parties, no events, no smoking, no pets
Primary renter required to sign rental agreement and provide photo ID.
ALL cancellations will be charged a $295.00 cancellation fee regardless of time
